This course provides you with a good understanding in all areas of tiling, whether you are a total beginner, or have some knowledge of tiling.

This intensive course includes:

• Setting out your tiling work
• Explaining the different adhesives used for different surfaces
• Correct use of tools
• Cutting using wet cutters, dry cutters, scribes, snips and saws
• Borders, diamonds and patterns
• Cutting around windows and reveals
• Coping with difficult areas such as uneven walls
• Angled ceilings and socket areas
• Splash-backs
• Tiling around boxed in pipes
• Grouting and finishing to a high standard
• Use of silicone sealants.

You will work in an area equipped with sanitary ware, so you will learn how to cut around obstacles such as WCs and pedestals, using quality tools like RUBI cutters.
